On April 11th, Nemesis played their kick-off show at the Corunna Road Bar in Flint, MI, during Corunna's Open Jam Thursday. The band played six songs(including three of their own), to a very enthusiastic and supportive audience. Following this initial appearance, Nemesis was asked to play four more shows at Corunna's in May (see our Concerts page). To everyone at Corunna's that night, thank you!!!
On the 12th and 13th, Carl was invited to play a Metallica song, "For Whom the Bell Tolls", with the members of Mindspeed during their set at Bubba O'Malley's. Mindspeed played a blistering three sets on both nights (their original "No Pressure" never fails to kick your teeth in!), and a great time was had by everyone. Mindspeed are top-notch, highly professional, and are very generous in their support of Nemesis. Carl was thrilled to play with them.
Nemesis has also picked up four shows at the Arlington Bar in Bay City, MI.
